Sunday Crafternoon 2

Mam came to visit again this afternoon so we could do some crafting. We decided to make some fabric boxes from a pattern I had in a magazine and we had great fun putting them together :D

Here are the results, mam made the blue one to use as a gift box for a friend's birthday so she's going to fill it with lovely goodies and I made the pink and red one to store my random skeins of thread that don't have a home in my other storage boxes










I'd like to make some little ones now for my buttons and other bits and bobs, really brighten up my desk a bit!

aww thanks! I did worry about my lack of plain fabrics for lining but those patterns work quite well together :)
